Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), established in 1984 in Sintok, Kedah, is a premier public management university in Malaysia, often called the "University in a Green Forest". It focuses on business, management, and social sciences, ranking in the 491-500 range in the 2026 QS World University Rankings. UUM features a, large 1,061-hectare campus.
